Fraying Sanity's triggered ability counts the number of cards that were put into the enchanted player's graveyard during the turn, even if Fraying Sanity wasn't on the battlefield at the time those cards were put there, and even if those cards have left that graveyard

However, Pokmon TCG Pocket marks these categories with different symbols to the base game and also has some unique quirks, like secret cards that can only be unlocked through certain in-game accomplishments

While I loved the excitement of pulling new cards from the Booster, I think new Players may get very confused by having random cards and to see Ink colours they cannot play in their deck
